Job Title: Warehouse In charge / Supervisor
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to support smooth supply chain operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain warehouse efficiency, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch goods in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
Prepare, verify, and organize warehouse documentation including GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards and SOPs.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock to management.
Assist in deliveries when required.
Required Qualifications:
Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or store management.
Basic understanding of inventory management systems, MS Excel, and ERP software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare warehousing will be an advantage.
Knowledge of stock handling procedures for regulated products.
