Job Title: Operations & Invoicing Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Invoicing Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, delivery documentation, shipment reconciliation, and daily ERP/system data entry while ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination between warehouse and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Invoicing
Generate accurate invoices, Delivery Challans (DCs), and shipment-related documents for outgoing orders.
Ensure all financial and shipping documentation complies with company policies and customer requirements.
Reconcile dispatched items against invoices and delivery records to ensure error-free fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Data Entry & Record Management
Perform daily data entry and updates in ERP/internal systems.
Maintain accurate inventory movement and billing records.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for operational and invoicing documentation.
Prepare operational and invoicing reports as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in invoicing, operations coordination, logistics support, or inventory documentation.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting or inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination across departments.
