Assignment Description
Are you an experienced Instrumentation Technician with a passion for wiring, instrumentation, testing, and quality control? This role offers the opportunity to work with Vx flow meters, ensuring high-quality assembly, testing, and inspection while following company procedures and standards.
You will play a key role in wiring, assembling, testing, and inspecting instrumentation, documenting deviations, and ensuring the quality of the finished product throughout the production process.
Job Responsibilities
• Wiring and instrumentation of Vx flow meter.
• Software testing of Vx flow meters according to written procedures.
• Assembly of all instrumentation on the Vx flow meter.
• Quality control of all assembled equipment.
• Soldering of wires according to standard IPC/J-STD-001.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) testing of the finished product.
• Perform ESS testing when applicable.
• Communicate and document any deviation from expected test results in the Non Conformance system (NCR).
• Ensure that the wiring and assembly is performed with the quality required.
• Ensure that all work performed is according to procedure and that all deviation are noted and supervisor informed.
• Ensure that all point in a procedure is filled out accordingly.
• Apply to and follow HSE requirement.
Requirements
• Competency certificate in Electronics, Automation, Electrical installation, or as an electrical panel builder.
• Knowledge or certified in soldering.
• ESD competence.
• Basic computer skills. Knowledge around different communication protocols (Modbus, Canbus, TCP/IP).
• Ability to work in team and cooperate well with other members of the team.
• Accurate and have a high focus of quality of the work performed.
• Structured. Ability to plan and report progress on the ongoing work.
• Ability to cooperate with different professions to be able to resolve issues that may occur.
• Apply to lean management and 5S in production line.
• Contribute to a good working environment.
